Surfing NSW

Discover the real surfer’s paradise

Experienced surfers know the thrill of catching the perfect wave. But if you’re new to the sport, surf schools offer individual coaching with equipment provided. Check our Tours & Attractions page for local surf schools and to enquire about surfing lessons.

We persuaded a few locals to share their favourite surf spots… Broulee, nearby Pink Rocks (not for beginners), North Head Moruya and McKenzies Beach near Malua Bay. But you can always seek out your own best breaks.
