Pack your wetsuit and strap your boards on because the real surfer’s paradise is down south, not up north.

Experienced surfers know the excitement and thrill of catching the perfect wave. But the secret about surfing is, anyone can have a go.

Surf schools in Eurobodalla offer individual coaching for beginners to advanced and there’s no need to worry about bringing your own equipment, surfboards and wetsuits are provided.

And if you’re already up on the board, we persuaded a few locals to share their favourite surf beaches – they suggest you try Broulee, nearby Pink Rocks (Broulee Island – not for beginners), North Head Moruya and McKenzies Beach near Malua Bay.
