Amber’s Creative Cakes in Connells Arcade is the go-to local cakery for specialty celebration cakes which are perfect for weddings, birthdays, parties and events.  

If you’re after something bite-sized, stop by and check out their decadent range of cupcakes – with options to suit paleo, gluten-free, and vegan dietary requirements.

AJ’s Hotbake, Batemans Bay

Located on Orient Street, AJ’s Hotbake is a popular Batemans Bay bakery that has been serving the local community for more than 30 years.

On the menu are lots of yummy classics like finger buns, apple turnovers and their hugely popular black forest cake, as well as a scrumptious selection of house made pies.

 

Batehaven Bakehouse

With an elevated outdoor seating area and all the sweet and savoury baked goods you could hope for in a traditional bakehouse, Batehaven Bakehouse is a must-try next time you’re down the coast.

Mogo Pies

Made fresh in house every day with the best local produce, Mogo Pies has an extensive range of mouth-watering pies to suit all tastes including a vegetarian selection and flaky, meaty sausage rolls. 

Mogo Pies’ French vanilla slice is also a much-loved local favourite with a light chocolate top layer, crumbly pastry, and smooth cream and custard filling.

 

Gundary Bakers, Moruya

If you want to experience Bodalla Bakery’s favourites while staying in Moruya, Gundary Bakers on Campbell Street receive a fresh selection from their mothership every day.

Indulge in delicious custard and cream filled doughnuts, lemon meringue tarts and friands, with a large selection of fresh salads and light meals to eat in or takeaway.

Les Gourmandises, Moruya

Located in Moruya’s shopping hub, Les Gourmandises is an authentic French bakery packed with traditional French boulangerie and patisserie.

Open Monday to Saturday and situated in a lovely heritage building, the bakery specialises in celebration cakes and has a large variety of baked goods to choose from – including cupcakes that are literally an edible work of art.

Narooma Icecreamery

Minutes’ walk from the waterfront on the corner of Field Street and the Princes Highway in Narooma is the very tasty Narooma Icecreamery.

In addition to fresh meals, juices and an impressive icecream selection, you’ll find delicious homemade doughnuts, slices and other baked goodies.

 

Rolf’s Patisserie, Narooma

Of all the best activities to do in Narooma, you won’t want to miss a trip to Rolf’s Patisserie on Hopkins Place.

Rolf’s store is tucked away in the industrial area and also pops up at the Narooma markets held on the fourth Sunday of every month behind the Visitors’ Centre. Rolf is well known and respected for his culinary talents as a skilled Swiss-trained pastry chef and makes beautiful pies, pastries and pretzels which are adored by his loyal local clientele.

La Galette, Tilba Tilba
