Set on the foreshore of the beautiful Tuross Lake, Tuross Boatshed and Cafe is a must see attaction on the south coast. At Tuross Boastshed and Cafe you can hire a boat or canoe to fish or cruise the lake. On-water fuel, bait, fishing tackle,ice and helpful advice is available to both the novice or expert. The extensive lake and river system is a recreational fishing haven full of Bream, flathead, trevally, tailor and flounder.
No luck with the fishing? Don't worry, the Cafe has an excellent alfresco/takeaway menu featuring fresh local oysters and seafood, great burgers or coffee and cake right on the waters edge. So just stop by ...for a minute, an hour or even a whole day.
