The ABC Cheese Factory in the heart of historical Central Tilba was established in 1891 and was the first cheese co-operative in NSW.
Come and see the cheese being made like the old days from our pure jersey herd cows in the Tilba Tilba Valley
Come and try our Cheese Making courses after September 2012
The ABC Cheese Factory also features a wide range of jams and preserves, local produce, regional guides and books, souvenirs, gifts, knick knacks,ice-cream and freshly ground and brewed organic Byron Bay Coffee.
The ABC Cheese Factory is open every day 9am to 5pm except Christmas Day.
